Facts:

On average, 40-70% of a propertys water use is for irrigation.
A typical sprinkler system applies 2-3 times more water than any soil can absorb.
A well designed and installed drip irrigation system may reduce water use by 80% compared to sprinklers.
Plants need a balance of oxygen, water and nutrients in the root zone. Over watering suffocates plants, causes the roots to rot, and makes the plant work harder to survive.
